Refund requests are reviewed within 14 days of purchase when a license has not been activated or when a verified technical issue prevents successful installation.

Activated digital licenses, completed malware removal sessions, and custom support services may be non-refundable except where required by law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
